- 关于基层民警的行业剧难写，因为都是鸡毛蒜皮的小事，没有主线，主线其实只是看角色情感的进化。同时它也是全所一盘棋的群戏，有师徒之间的言传身教，有见习警察的共同成长，有警民之间的人情冷暖，虽然案件都是断裂琐碎的，但情感是连续起伏的，虽然都是小事儿，但里面蕴含着普世智慧。另外，这是在青岛拍的济南故事，赵冬苓团队的台词还是有烟火气的，听到“墨迹么啊”、“解放路的榜朋街”这些元素就觉得亲切。“曹建军”最后几集演活了，提味儿。btw：剧本方面其实也存在不少问题，随便举个例子，拯救跳楼者的戏码一前一后出现过两次（杨树前几集也救过），这种重复性桥段是大忌。
- 王景春在这里演的太假了，过于戏剧脸谱化。夏洁那个妈真是令人窒息。宁理演技一如既往的好，演啥像啥。
