- 算是看過的第一部臺語劇集，放在臺南縣後壁區金德興中藥行這一鄉土情境下展開對「快樂」本質的拷問，財富職業伴侶子女皆是變量，常量是family，而終究形塑出獨立、獨到、獨當、獨醒的人格，儘管，仍然要衝破無數的歧見、衝突與失衡。父母對子女的要求只是「快樂成長」才是不摻雜任何功利心的醇朴，可怎麼笑著笑著就淚流滿面了？...

- 埋在剧情里各种搞笑的梗。各种骗人眼泪的情节。同个语系里相似的文化唤起的熟悉的记忆，各种无法言说的共鸣。又一部笑完哭哭了又继续笑的剧。喜欢得不得了。真希望永远也播不完呀，这样我就可以逃避在过去的时光里。
- 紧缩的自由，崩坏的秩序，坍塌的经济。仿佛整个东亚地区都在怀念那个朝气蓬勃的80年代，那时是实实在在的觉得明天会更好。感谢对岸能让无声的公民们看到这么朴实自然三观正却不说教的年代戏。
