- As an faithful adaptation of Kruczkowski's work, this movie works fine. Most of the time it succeeds in avoiding the static, theatrical feeling of the play. Ford was acknowledged master of the spectacle, and it shows here. Some of the scenes are impressive. The dramatic finale is almost as good, and it contains Ford's usual trademark: the house with devastated, winding stairs. ......

- 这剧要放在近十年，妥妥的借古讽今啊，别说过审，甚至都可以够直接进去了。。其实我大明还真的是开明，虽然赶不上西方，但那个时期的王权和奴性意识是真的弱啊（你把海瑞放辫子朝试试看？），甚至算是“隐隐见到黎明前的曙光”，可惜后面……难怪现在的历史正剧只能拍清宫剧。
- 纸牌屋的核心是我和我老婆两个聪明人捏你们这帮蠢货辣鸡；这部剧讲的是一群顶尖聪明的人抱团撕逼掐架扯犊子但是为的都是推动时代向前，所谓天下大势历史长河无非如是。两者，高下立判啊！
