Herbert Benner becomes the sporting director of the Chaussee-Bahn, a cycle track where there is no longer much going on. No money, no attractive races, no spectators, that's the situation Benner is faced with, but he pulls his people along and gets the track up and running again. Only - Benner doesn't exist and neither does the Chaussee-Bahn. All of this is just Herlemann's dre......
