- 以史为镜照见不古人心，体制沉疴积重难返，多方势力互相制掣，突破二元对立，如椽之笔精工细描，绘就政治百景与欲望伸张；剧本一流，群像演技满分，台词功力超强，一人一出戏，连配角都充满故事；阴阳两端嘉靖海瑞，皆孤独如万古长夜，千秋万岁名，寂寞身后事。
- 周末三倍速拉完。一星给牛掰特效团队，一星给罗云熙的神颜（虽然里面瘦得有点脱相了）。还有求求白鹿不要演什么仙女、大小姐、第一美人之类的角色了，表情管理完全没有，演技分分钟让人出戏到综艺节目……至于编剧和导演，这部戏大概没有这种设置。
