- 剧拍得很有质感，李铭顺演技也很好，以刑侦案中案为载体，揭露政治腐败、探讨司法公正及废死。。导演和作者其实挺狡猾，因为他们没明确表达自己立场，甚至一直在混淆死刑和公平公正之间的关系。。外劳之所以被误判，主因是渔业公司掩盖犯罪事实和政治腐败，同死刑存在与否并无必然联系。。程序和实质都不正义，主要问题不考虑，却去探讨次要的量刑，所以政客只是政客，扯大旗谋私利，永远不能称之为政治家。。
- 看的时候让人一脸“what？”的感觉。不是说好的要诈死吗？为什么连衣服都不换就大摇大摆的在京城给男主当护卫了？？？还有男主不是说要偷偷摸摸的去监察院，还要弟弟妹妹营造不在场证据的吗？怎么又大摇大摆，一边逛街一边游荡着去监察院了？！！！导演在挑战观众的智商吗？
