- 看完了，心情是热乎的～剧里有几个人物塑造特别成功，老狐狸局长，冒进的曹建军，理想主义杨树，一蹶不振陈新城～他们几个人的部分值得反复咀嚼观看。作为群像剧，剧情流畅，人物均衡，当然也有遗憾，夏洁妈妈线剧情处理就不太好，李大为作为主角团C位反而成长线是四个人里较弱的。不过整体是一部值得一看，有笑有泪的剧，很期待有第二季。
- 想表达一下对王守一所长的崇敬，确实是大家长的典范，不管是在工作中还是在家庭里，作为一个大家长一定要耳聪目明，要看得清，摸得透，想得全，不偏私，行得端。大家长不容易当，大家长也值得用心当。
