- 没一分钟废镜头，没一个废角色，议题涉及司法政治种族宗教但从叙事到每一个人的情感驱动和行为动机都足够真实鲜活
- 是一部各种意义上都非常【重】的片子。全部的事实只有一个人杀了三个人，然而在当事人、律师、法官、雇主、民众、政治家那里却可以操控和解读出每一个人需要或相信的故事。我们难道不是人吗？他们这样问。而谁是他们？谁是我们？我倒是有个比较自我的关注点，我觉得这部剧很有意思地描写了一些个人和群体的关系，包括身份认同、归属感、群体意识、语言障碍以及献祭与牺牲。
