- 难能可贵的真实。从94年分税制之后，县级财政一直都恼火。一边是债台高筑事业单位发不出来工资（公务员是转移支付的还好），一边是上面压GDP指标、年轻人都溜号了的空巢村镇，任谁来都掉头发。当然，肯定是有美化的，实际情况只会更惨，但是能描绘到这个尺度，已经不错了。剧情中的糟粕就是梅书记和他老婆这一段，很突兀，完全敲掉也不影响剧情，放一位团派出来的升的很快的没在基层待过的又很强势的与剧情无关的老婆，有啥意义？扣一星。...

- 很失望，毫无看点，黄磊太出戏，演员少去综艺，是对的
- 编制内的人看了觉得太真实，讲的是县委大院，但可以从身边的股级，科级干部中看见他们的影子。只是蹊跷的是，编制外的很多人认为这部片子脱离实际，脱离群众。这就是值得深思的地方了。
