- 节奏拖沓，主线不清晰，不停地镜头转换，转场突兀。编剧心太大，塞了太多情节却不能排清主次。
- 前20集是真好，一府三宅，男子纯良，女子要强，和风细雨里藏着腥风血雨，好一出宋朝傲慢与偏见。后面变成爽文了，但也还有看头，全片的逻辑起点就是封建桎梏阶级尊卑，在重重阑珊里，闪光的还是人性的光彩，我不信最后大快人心的反转，为算计经营结下的婚姻，乘风破浪后变得心心相印是世间少有，但真心牺牲的拼来的政权，最后善待功勋，念及始终信念，这绝对没有。
