- 切下了不祥的小指，却切不掉难缠的命运。十八年前遥远的响指，依然震碎了今天的事物。从过去来的雪，下在了今天的头顶。不知情的人们，仓促地死，漫长地活，才一个秋天，咋这么长呢，像过了整整一辈子。曾经所有的悲欢、恩怨、情仇，能泯灭的、不能泯灭的，悉数化成了飙高的血糖、腰间的尿袋、秃顶白发褥疮老泪，和爆裂的脑血管。《漫长》讲的，恰恰是爹道的败落。一个超级大爹体制崩解、倒闭之时，依附其伞下的小爹随之而溃散、惨败的人生。边缘的少年少女们，用他们全部的力量，渴望反叛和逃出爹权的掌控。全篇都是对“爹范儿”与“爹味儿”的讽刺。
