- 太装了全程装B下来，好几处情节跳跃没有逻辑，导演不能好好说点人话么，也没看到把所谓的商战表现在哪里
- 作为一部电视剧来说有很多毛病，拍法很笨拙，很多照搬原著小说的对白也不像正常人说的话，但那种市场经济下的众生相还是真实的，也很深刻，甚至残酷，这在现在的电视剧中已经完全看不见了。
