- 还原得很好，剧情也更简洁，但有许多逻辑和情感不顺畅的地方，尤其最后三集为了造一个叙事高潮而生造一个高潮，没有必要。
- 也大概真在律所工作过，面对小朋友“你懂跨境并购吗”的怀疑，高年级律师太真实了，“我正在懂”“我问朋友要了资料包，发你邮箱了你也看看”“律师本来就是边干边学”。
