- 历史翻案剧。雍正的民间评价不高，康乾盛世，避过雍正不提。而清朝恰恰是乾隆之后就衰落，家业败尽，盛极而衰。雍正个人历史对团队、官场启示很大，个人志向与团队相悖，改革遭遇传统掣肘，明知是对底层好的，却遇到官僚集体反对，日夜为国操劳却暴卒而亡。雍正是个改革派，也是不惧困难的斗士，性格阴郁，不善讨喜也没有兴趣爱好，沉心于振兴清朝，巩固江山，死后留给弘历殷实家业。电视剧中，安排了很多知他爱他的人，还有几个原来恨他转而敬他的人，其实敬他也无非是因为其事事躬亲日夜操劳毫不利己处处为大清基业而已，雍正是工作狂，却很少对身边人和风细雨，这一点不似康乾，和八王更是正反两面。
