- 精气神尽失的一季。如果说第一季有九连真人脚踩泥土朝天怒吼顶上来的一股真气；第二季有五条人戏谑夸张身裹尘土视资本如无物的台上嬉戏。那第三季就变成了一场大型的忆苦思甜、互捧臭脚的综艺秀场，几乎每个乐队的VCR都在回忆自己过往的穷苦日子，并力图呈现出一种苦中作乐、看透尘世、平淡超然的谦虚与豁达。至少这一季没有任何一支乐队能真正拥有与世俗对抗的能量、真气、果敢与态度，全在过往感叹自己能玩乐队的幸运，并在台上感谢家人感谢老师感谢观众恨不得感谢全世界，这边建议别组乐队了，直接去《偶像练习生》组男团吧。
